The New York Palace occupies an elegant 19th-century building in the heart of Budapest, close to the Opera and the famous shopping street Andrássy utca. The New York Palace, 5-stars hotel has a spa wellness center with a relaxation pool with hot tub, also the WiFi is free for all guests.
All spacious rooms and suites of the hotel are furnished with luxurious furniture and precious papers silk wallpaper, plus fine details such as Murano glass chandeliers. Among the amenities available to guests, coffee and tea, safe and interactive satellite TV.
The spa at the The New York Palace include a sauna, a turkish bath and a large relaxation pool (with dimensions of 15 x 2.5 x 1.15 meters), also a fitness center is available with tools.
The New York Palace also has the honor of hosting inside the famous New York Café, must-see for every tourist and visitor Budapest, with its wonderful frescoes and gilded stucco columns.
The stylish bar offers live music, refreshing drinks and cocktails. The Salon Fine Dining Restaurant reinvents traditional Hungarian cuisine and has been awarded by the Gault Millau restaurant guide in 2013.
A short walk from the hotel also is the stop tourist bus Hop-on Hop-off for tours in the heart of Budapest.

His Opinion: The hotel building is iconic with luxury feel and touch to it. The Room was immaculate with all amenities and extras, bed are comfy and blackout curtains meant very good night.
The Grand cafe was fabulous experience with extra ordinary service and attention to details. I also liked the fact of having a priority over others non in house guests as queues were daunting.

das Zimmer war unglaublich geräumig und exzellent ausgestattet, besonders aufgefallen ist uns auch die Qualität der Bettwäsche (wesentlich besser als in anderen Hotels)
das Personal war (mit einer Ausnahme) ganz besonders freundlich: Die Damen und Herren sind aufrichtig bemüht, sprechen ausgezeichnet Englisch und sind im Gesamten sehr hilfsbereit und tragen damit zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt wesentlich bei
gerade deshalb ist auch ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption aufgefallen, bei dem ich diese Freundlichkeit vermisst habe - leider beim Einchecken, der erste Eindruck war daher nicht der beste (war eine Überraschung, denn bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet man eben etwas Anderes)
Insgesamt aber hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt

Dans les détails, petits croissants excellents mais dommage que le jus d'orange du buffet petit-déjeuner ne soit qu'un mauvais liquide à base de jus d'orange.

His Opinion: Le service au Café New York était très lent. Chocolat chaud est arrivé froid...! Le personnel était débordé ce qui ne donne pas une impression paisible. En revanche très grande efficacité et courtoisie du personnel de la conciergerie.

His Opinion: Wir waren im Februar 2016 im Hotel Boscolo Prag. Seine edle und wunderschöne Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Deshalb haben wir auch das Hotel Boscolo in Budapest gebucht. Es war auch genauso bezaubernd. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

His Opinion: Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à L hôtel on nous a demandé une caution avec notre carte bleue???en partant on nous a dit que cela va nous être rembourse.. ???Je trouve cela abusif.. Tout etait paye C est choquant de devoir en plus payer pour être rembourse plus tard??? Premiere nuit pas dormi car tramway sous nos fenêtre j ai demandé à changer de chambre ce qui A été fait gentiment, mais j avais prepare mes valises, deux roses et une bouteille de vin que nos amis hongrois nous avaient offert à notre arrivée. Le service D étage à mis juste nos valises dans la nouvelle chambre mais ils ont jeté mes roses et la bouteille de vin. Ce n est pas très sympathique. Ce serait aussi bienvenue de mettre une petite bouteille D eau à disposition dans la chambre chaque jour et de renouveler les produits de toilette ce qui n a pas ete fait. Pour un hotel 5 étoiles c est pas géant... C est dommage sinon L hôtel est magnifique mis à part ces points négatifs....des améliorations sont A apporte...
